Shipping Rates:

This one's easy to understand.
First, we only ship within the continental United States.
Second, If your order is over $75, shipping and handling is FREE.
Third, orders less than and up to $75 are only charged a flat fee of $9.95 - regardless of U.S. destination or weight.  Again, a great deal.

Obviously, the more you purchase, the more you save.

Delivery Schedules:

This is a little more complicated.  Warehouses from which we ship product are widely distributed.  Each manufacturer has their own policies - and we obviously rely on quite a few to provide such a rich selection.  Some warehouses can ship in 24 hours, most in 3 to 5 days.  Some may not ship for 2 weeks - if the item is considered "custom".  Making things more difficult is the fact that inventory levels and backorder items change daily.

So as you can see, keeping apprised of all this, in advance, would be a challenge.  So here's what you do: 

Once your order is placed, come back here to PilesOfPillows.com and click on any of our Order Tracking links. (Right sidebar or bottom of page)  Type your order number into the "Order Number" box and any updates will display below.

Remember:  Use our convenient Order Tracking page to check order status.  When we receive notification from a warehouse, we promptly update your existing order status.  Any delivery changes we know about can be viewed right from this website.

Returns:

Due to legalities in the bedding industry, we may not be able to accept returns.  However, if upon receipt you discover that your shipment is clearly damaged,  make sure that you document this fact with the delivery person. 

If there is no evidence of damage to the packaging, yet the contents are clearly damaged, contact the shipper directly.

If we shipped the wrong item or if there is an obvious defect in the product, please contact us directly. We will contact our warehouse and arrange for return/replacement.  (Note:  A digital photo may be required for confirmation purposes.)

Depending on the product, some returns (for other reasons than those listed above) may be accepted.  However, federally mandated inspections are required so there will be a re-stocking fee and returns may be denied if testing indicates that the items were used.
